On Site Office
We apply sustainable on-site procedures to all possible areas for the on-site office setup with the organizers responsible as follows:
Internet cafes at a conference or event - all aspects of a workspace need not be considered and this is applicable to any work environment.
Office Equipment: Selection of energy efficient equipment. We provide local equipment to meet global standards to minimize transportation requirements. Selection of equipment to reduce paper consumption and waste of other resources.
Communications: We provide various alternatives to reduce cost and waste of resources such as using recycled paper or substituting electronic documents for paper, using reusable or electric signs and use of videos for publication of information etc.
Recycling and Repurposing: Maximize use of the venue’s recycling systems to recover cardboard, paper, glass, batteries and toner cartridges. Donation of all charitable supplies to schools or charitable organizations. Use pre-event shipping containers for use after the event.
Staff Travel: We provide local bi-lingual professional services staff where possible to minimize travel cost.
