Yokohama City announced that the official name and popular name of the new Minato Mirai MICE facility, which will open in spring 2020, have been decided!

1. Official name : Yokohama Minato Mirai International Convention Center

2. Popular name : PACIFICO YOKOHAMA NORTH

PACIFICO YOKOHAMA NORTH will have a largest-scale multipurpose hall in Japan and 42 large, medium and small conference rooms that will be able to host up to 3,000 participants. The Multipurpose hall will be approximately 6,300㎡ and be able hold up to 300 to 6,000 participants. PACIFICO YOKOHAMA NORTH will provide an open and flexible space where all from memorial ceremonies and incentive travel to presentations meetings for new products and similar company conventions can be held. Since PACIFICO YOKOHAMA NORTH will be connected with each facility of PACIFICO Yokohama by the 2^nd floors pedestrian deck, it will be possible to use all of the facilities at once.

As a new facility with the biggest scale in Japan, PACIFICO YOKOHAMA and PACIFICO YOKOHAMA NORTH will be able to meet the increased demand of MICE Market.
