Exhibit
We work together with organizers, venues, general services contractors, and exhibitors to achieve a sustainable MICEfor you.
Through collaboration with suppliers, we create an environmentally and socially responsible exhibition by considering factors such as energy and water consumption, transportation-related carbon emissions, and products and services used for the exhibition.
The following are the examples of our sustainable MICE exhibit and Yokohama DMC’s tremendous efforts to achieve it:
Minimize packages, select environmentally preferred promotional products and use of reusable booth materials
Recommend venues with existing energy and water conservation infrastructure and water diversion practices (i.e. recycling and composting)
Printing on recycled paper with vegetable or soy-based natural inks or replacing printed materials with on-line materials
Recycling, composting or donating leftover materials Use of recycled, recyclable, or reusable, and/or sustainability cleaned exhibition materials
Minimize packing materials and shipping by using local suppliers, and choose environmentally preferable options for both
Set Yokohama sustainable standard by measuring and reporting environmental impact
