Exhibit

We work together with organizers, venues, general services contractors, and exhibitors to achieve a sustainable MICEfor you.
Through collaboration with suppliers, we create an environmentally and socially responsible exhibition by considering factors such as energy and water consumption, transportation-related carbon emissions, and products and services used for the exhibition.
The following are the examples of our sustainable MICE exhibit and Yokohama DMC’s tremendous efforts to achieve it:

  • Minimize packages, select environmentally preferred promotional products and use of reusable booth materials
  • Recommend venues with existing energy and water conservation infrastructure and water diversion practices (i.e. recycling and composting)
  • Printing on recycled paper with vegetable or soy-based natural inks or replacing printed materials with on-line materials
  • Recycling, composting or donating leftover materials Use of recycled, recyclable, or reusable, and/or sustainability cleaned exhibition materials
  • Minimize packing materials and shipping by using local suppliers, and choose environmentally preferable options for both
  • Set Yokohama sustainable standard by measuring and reporting environmental impact
