- Regarding Your Travel Contract:
- The transaction conditions explanatory document will be delivered in the form of a table (HTML) on the screen. The travel contract will be considered established upon the display of the reservation/purchase completion screen that appears after the reservation/purchase information confirmation screen.
Reservations will be handled by YDMS Co., Ltd. For changes or cancellations, please contact the designated contact point mentioned in the confirmation email sent automatically at the time of contract conclusion.
- Package Tour Contract and Cancellation Fee Regulations:
- Cancellation Fees (per person):
From 20 days (10 days for day trips) to 8 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the travel fee
From 7 days to 2 days before the start of the trip: 30% of the travel fee
The day before the start of the trip: 40% of the travel fee
On the day of the start of the trip (excluding ①): 50% of the travel fee
After the start of the trip or no-show (①): 100% of the travel fee

- We cannot guarantee blooming flowers as flowering could be earlier or later depending on the weather conditions. The evet date will NOT be changed and refunds will NOT be issued even if flowers are not in bloom.
- The itinerary may differ depending on weather conditions or other inevitable reasons.
- The event will be cancelled depending on weather conditions or other inevitable reasons. In that case, we will let you know as soon as possible.
- If you have religious dietary restrictions or allergies, please contact to the tour operator before booking.
- The tour or event will start on time. If you are late , you will not able to join in any case. And refunds will not be issued.
- If the minimum number of participants is not met by 3 days before the scheduled date, the event may be canceled. In that case, we will let you know as soon as possible.
