横浜市内の寺院「新善行寺」を舞台に、日本の精神文化を象徴する座禅と、伝統文化である書道を一度に体験できる文化エクスカーションです。

参加者を2グループに分け、座禅体験と書道体験を交互に実施します。座禅では作法や考え方の説明と実践に加え、お抹茶と和菓子を楽しみ、書道では講師の指導のもと作品を制作し、記念として持ち帰ることができます。

企業・団体の文化交流、国際会議、MICE、インセンティブ旅行、海外ゲスト向けエクスカーションなどに適した、日本文化をじっくり体験できるプログラムです。

Zen Meditation & Japanese Calligraphy Experience is a cultural excursion program held at Shinzenkoji Temple in Yokohama.

Participants are divided into two groups and rotate between Zen meditation and Japanese calligraphy. The Zen session includes an introduction to its etiquette and philosophy, meditation practice, matcha tea and traditional sweets. During the calligraphy session, participants learn how to use brush and ink and create their own artwork to take home.

The program is suitable for international conferences, MICE programs, incentive travel, corporate groups and cultural excursions for overseas guests.
