日本の伝統芸能「神楽」を活用した、体験型のチームビルディングプログラムです。

参加者は、神楽の歴史や文化的背景を学んだ後、太鼓や舞、所作などを取り入れたグループワークに取り組みます。役割分担やコミュニケーションを通じて、チームで一つの表現をつくり上げる過程を体験します。

言語や文化の違いを越えて参加しやすく、企業研修、インセンティブ旅行、国際会議、MICEの交流プログラムなどに適しています。

横浜DMCが、会場選定、出演者・ファシリテーターの手配、進行管理、通訳、送迎などを含めて企画・運営します。

Kagura Team Building is a hands-on corporate program inspired by Kagura, one of Japan’s traditional performing arts.

After learning about the history and cultural background of Kagura, participants take part in group activities incorporating taiko drumming, movement and traditional performance techniques. Through shared roles and communication, the team works together to create a unified presentation.

The program is suitable for corporate training, incentive travel, international conferences and MICE programs, and can be enjoyed by participants from different cultural and language backgrounds.

Yokohama DMC provides end-to-end support, including venue selection, performer and facilitator arrangements, program coordination, interpretation and transportation.
